I was involved in an accident in September of 2023 and they repaired my car within a week! Also had faulty alternator problems and fixed in 36 hours! Once they fixed it, i DIDNT have any problems after the fact! Very Reliable and trustworthy! Also, the gentleman is very patient and understanding!

Our car (Ford Explorer) got rear ended. We were in Nashville moving in our college student. Extensive damage was done to the exhaust system and we couldn't drive it safely back home to Iowa. This was the evening before we needed to leave the city. Stopped first thing in the morning at Thompson Lane Auto, near our son's place. No appointment, of course. They quickly diagnosed the issue, obtained parts, fixed the car and had us on the road by noon. We were amazed at the excellent service the guys provided. Quick and competent and calm!! Perfect!!
