“Amid a global epidemic I needed to visit Trader Joe's on White Bridge Road this morning. Being a Senior I went early and found the food items I needed and was not disappointed. The staff was so kind and helpful, the store was spotless and safe distancing was being practiced. Something unexpected happened that brought tears to my eyes. The wonderful manager was checking in on me to be sure I found what I needed. I told him I was trying to gather up any sunshine that I could in light of the quarantine situation. He pointed up front and told me to pick out any bunch of flowers that I wanted and said it was on him! I was so moved by his thoughtfulness and caring that I nearly cried. Acts of kindness like this are what make me love to come to Trader Joe's. I didn't even get his name but whoever he is he should know that he really made my day! If it weren't for the safe distancing I could have hugged him. And, I'm enjoying the beautiful flowers that have brightened up my world on this rainy day. Customer for life!”

My assistant showed empathy and professionalism in helping me set up my appointment with Dr. Day. Upon arriving the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The electronic tablet made it easy to share all my medical history in a snap. The appointment waiting time was not long, just about 15 minutes. The nursing staff was professional and nice. After a short wait in the patient room Dr. Day came in and attended to my Eczema issue. He was down-to-earth and practical with his diagnosis and plan for me.
