(October 13, 2022, 5:02 pm)I came into town for a wedding and had my suit shipped here. Something got screwed up because it didn't fit well, but Carl was incredibly helpful. He took new measurements, hemmed the pants, and had a new jacket overnighted for me to pick up the next day. Once everything was sorted away, everything looked great and fit perfectly. Carl did an amazing job and saved me from looking like a bum of a best man.
(August 31, 2022, 4:03 pm)Ricky was great! She was very patience and helpful getting me fitted for a tuxedo. We tried on a bunch of different pieces until we found a set which fit me well. The store was pretty busy when I walked in for my 11am appointment and I had to wait a little bit but understandable since they do a great job making sure that everybody has what they need.
