Specialized Truck Repair

Tommy overheard me discussing my problem at the front desk. He quickly intervened and fixed the issue. Nice people who I most definitely will be using to service my 26' box truck in the future!

I had dropped off my medium duty flatbed tow truck because it needed a front leaf spring hanger and front end alignment. Nicole kept me informed through out the whole process!! She called when they received parts, when the truck was completed, and then! (I didn’t know they don’t offer front end alignments) so Nicole sent my truck to have it done for me! They performed all the work I asked and their initial quote was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend!

I took my motorhome in because of power loss going up steep hills when towing. This was a new problem as I have been towing it for 6 months with no issues. They ran some diagnostics but couldn’t find anything wrong. When I picked it up, I was surprised to find out there was no charge!! Not even a diagnostic charge! Customer service like that is very rare these days! I will definitely return whenever I need their services!

I'm very picky when it comes to mechanics and these folks really are great, honest, effient, professionals.
I'd easily drive a couple hundred miles for their service.
