Such a great experience, had our bathtub shower removed and replaced with a beautiful walk in shower. Adam our installer arrived promptly, was very professional and courteous. The job was done in half the time i expected it to be took a total around 6 hours. He was so great I highly recommend Bath Fitter. Our shower came out wonderfully.

He did a great job he was on time very friendly great personality and did a great great service to us. I’ve been having some medical problems and it’s very hard for me to get over into the tub even to sit on a bench so this walk-in shower has been a godsend. When I need to replace a shower stall after removing the original to fix a broken waters pipe, Bath fitters was able to custom design and build to order the replacement. I did expect it would take long time, 10 weeks, to get the installer to come due to scheduling and material delays which was NOT Bath Fitters fault. The installer, Adam, was extremely professional, answered all my questions and did a great job from start to finish. My new shower stall looks great, just waiting on the corner shelf unit to come into get that installed and the job will be 100% complete. No dings for material delays, 5 starts for service, communication and professional work.

His work ethic was outstanding and quality was excellent. American made, Tennessee made, better price than competition, and excellent service.

Loved the crew that came out and installed a new walk in shower for us. They replaced an awful Safe Step Tub that was installed messily with adhesive that had yellowed everywhere. Wish I had made a photo to show you the difference.
Professional all the way, put down mats to protect the floors and were very efficient, courteous and quick.
