It would be nice if McDonald's invested a little more effort into their self-service kiosks as the interface is clunky and requires you to over acknowledge and confirm your choices leading to a slower purchase than what you would have with a human. I am all for automating things but it has to be at least close to as good as the human or it's not good at all.
