We Care Auto Care, L.L.C.

While visiting family in Nashville my Dodge Caravan developed a problem with a cylinder misfire. I chose We Care Auto Care based on some of the reviews I read online and the close proximity to my location.

Noel recommended replacing spark plugs and the coil pack on the offending cylinder. The work was done timely and the cost was reasonable. I drove the vehicle 200 miles home and 2 days later an 800 mile round trip, no issues at all. I found Noel to be personable and professional. Noel was quick to call me with the repair estimate and kept me informed during the repair. To top it off, when I picked up the vehicle, I found he had a nice clean restroom.

In similar situations like this I hate doing business and leaving with a nagging feeling that I overpaid, undeserved or worse, ripped off. I had NONE of that with Noel and We Care Auto Care. I left feeling very satisfied with the experience.

At my appointment time, the shop was open and ready to service my car with necessary parts on hand. The estimated cost of service was also the final cost. Courteous, professional service with a nationwide, 12 month/12k mile warranty. Finally, when the loaner car failed to start, a tow truck was sent to retrieve it. I highly recommend this shop as it was recommended to me!

While traveling, my vehicle began to not accelerate so I just took the exit to check my transmission fluid. I googled local automotive shops and We care auto popped up and had good reviews so I went by. Noel, the owner was quick to diagnose my problem, tell me the cost up front and was very nice and personable while making the repair. I like doing business with owner operated businesses like I find at home. If I lived near his business he would be my guy.

I wish I could give 100 stars for this business. My vehicle's fuel pump went out on me and I found myself stranded (I am from out of state). Noel worked with me to have my vehicle towed to him, called around to find the correct part and stored my vehicle until I was able to fly back and retrieve it. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the process.. The charge for the labor was beyond reasonable and he even opened the shop after hours to allow me to pick it up. I am planning to move to the area in a couple of months and he gained me as a customer for life. I highly recommend We Care Auto Care and Noel. Forever grateful 🙏🏽.
