Auto-Chlor System

At Ginger Thai Nashville, we been working with Auto-Chlor since we open in 2010. Shane is great! He makes sure our equipment is in excellent condition and provides awesome customer service!!

Auto-Chlor has been our dishwasher service provider for at least the last two years. I can't say enough about how awesome our service is. James Brown does an awesome job. Always fast to take care of any issue we may have, always a great attitude, and very easy to work with. I was recently approached by another company about taking over my service and because of our great service I wouldn't even give them a chance.

Auto-Chlor saved our bacon when the dishwasher we purchased only two years previously crashed and could not be repaired. I called Rusty to beg for help and within days we had a new dishwasher installed and the old one taken away. The monthly service is on time and thorough and well worth the headache of trying to keep a washer going in a hectic bar environment.

He always walks in with a smile on his face and in such a great mood. He goes above and beyond to help us, he tests the equipment and takes the time to explain how things work for us. I work for a nationwide chain of pizza stores, as well as having worked in the food service field for many years outside of the pizza chain. I have experienced a couple of different commercial dishwasher companies over the years.

Hands down Auto Chlor is the best I have dealt with! If I ever have an issue, all I have to do is call the number on dish machine, and they will call and answer any questions I have or send someone to address an issue if there is one.

The technician Mike is very personable and friendly. Whenever he works on the dish machine, he lets me know what he has done, and tells me that maintaining the machine is like changing the oil in your car.
