“It would depend on what it is you are looking for. The beach area was unfortunately so packed you would barely have room for your family. Fishing around the locks and launch was great. Long area where you can spread out and enjoy the peacefulness of the river.”

“Really nice place for a long weekend getaway with friends! This was my 2nd stay here. Very comfortable accommodations for all 16 women on our annual knitting retreat... lots of good living area space to eat, chat, and craft together. Main floor has wheelchair and handicapped accesdible rooms. Kitchen is adequate -- we bring our own meals and share prep and cleanup. Next year (we've already booked it!) we will bring a couple of good knives and a good fry pan. They are supplied but not exactly chef material :-) Gteat place for hikers to take walks and a wonderful wrap around porch to catch rays ad chat.”

“Clean campground, beautiful place with waterfront tent sites. Water and garbage bin at each site. 👍 Plentiful options for stuff to do in Clarksville and Nashville. It rained a lot the two times I camped here, might just be bad luck. Thanks for the memories!”

“This motel is VERY comfortable! Loved the pillows and sheets on the bed. It was 95 degrees outside so when we checked in we expected to walk into a very hot room - it was cool, clean and ready for us. Affordable and such kind staff”

“What a great hotel experience. Our room was clean and cozy, the staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast provided was great. I liked that they switched up the menu so we didn't have exactly the same thing for our three day stay. The fitness center was clean with nice equipment. Pool is small and there's no hot tub but does the trick. Oh they also have complimentary soft fresh cookies at the counter throughout the day. This is a safe booking, they'll take good care of you!”

“9/3/22 - 9/11/22 Our camping experience was one of the best thus far. The facilities are kept in top shape, the site is perfectly level and the views are magnificent. The campsite is super secure and even has Sheriff Department presence on site over the weekends and holidays. They have the most amazing host who goes our of her way to make our stay the best possible experience. We'll definitely return to enjoy this great place. A+”

“Loved our stay here. - Rooms are clean - Sliding door to toilet area - Shower has no sliding door however has frosted window. If you don't turn the light on in the shower itself (turn hall way light on) you can't see in the shower. Also, shouldn't share a room with someone you don't trust not to look - there are plugs everywhere including night stands. It's on the side of the night stand itself. - it was super quiet - AC was not loud as others have stated. It's a regular noise just as any other hotel I've stayed in - Staff was friendly, no issues with any of them”

“These guys accidentally knocked my mailbox over when they were mowing the shoulder of my road. I came home to a note in the mailbox apologizing for breaking it and promising to fix it ASAP. They came out and fixed it perfectly the very next day. I was super impressed with the attention to detail and honesty displayed by the hwy department. Thanks for being so on top of things!”
