“I’ve always loved Papa John’s pizza. Delivery can be hit or miss though. One driver called out one night and 2 hours later we still didn’t have our pizza. We asked for a refund and they did give us our money back. Everyone was very nice about it. I know what it’s like when people call out—it throws everything off. I would just go with carry out next time but I will order from them again.”
