“Arch Academy has been a blessing to our son and our family. Sending our son out of state for treatment was a very difficult but necessary decision. We had tried two different PHP programs in addition to an in state residential facility. From our initial point of contact through our sons stay at Arch they have exceeded our expectations. Staff are professional, knowledgeable and truly care about the residents. Our son connected immediately with his counselor Kenny who has been amazing. The program has a strong 12-step foundation that resonated with our son. We also attended a two-day parent education program which was very helpful to us as parents. Family sessions are part of the treatment program which have been tremendously helpful in restoring our family. In addition to the recovery work our son has been able to stay on track with schoolwork and excel. All staff that we have had contact with have gone above and beyond. It is apparent that they truly care and are passionate about recovery. My only regret is that we did not find Arch sooner. Arch will always hold a special place in my heart, and I will be forever grateful.”
