Tom is that special hybrid of coach, nutritionist, and part psychologist coupled with a deep knowledge of the physiology of the muscular and skeletal systems. Tom doesn’t apply a one size fits all approach. He takes the time to really “listen” which is one of the many things I’ve come to appreciate about working with Tom. He has a clear understanding of what my goals are, what roadblocks I’m having, what programs and techniques work best for my body and designs a program for each workout specifically for me. He will even alter my program if I’m having muscular or nerve pain due to preexisting conditions. “Great experience from the beginning. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. They helped me with my insurance and even worked me in short notice which was a wonderful surprise. My hygienist Amanda was incredible. Very warm, made me feel comfortable and educated me on the entire process from A-Z and explained my situation so thoroughly. I haven't had my work yet with the dentist but he was friendly and explained what needed to be done. Everyone really went above and beyond. Very patient and accommodating. I highly recommend this practice!”

“Prior to Dog Bites opening we were taking our small dog elsewhere to get groomed, they did a fine job but Dog Bites does outstanding! He has so much less anxiety since he is the only dog getting groomed at the time and doesn't have to spend hours in a cage waiting to be groomed and harassed by all the larger dogs. They have great dog supplies there and the gentleman who owns the store is a true delight to talk to! They are true dog lovers who very much understand the importance of dog rescue by living it and encouraging it. Thanks for all you do, we love your shop!”

“Beautiful trail just following the river . We went in a Sunday sunny afternoon and there was lots of people walking their dogs . Some running or biking . Also people with kids just enjoying . There are benches along the way. Bring water since it can because very warm . There are also some garbage bins along the way . Liked to see a little library where you can pick a book if you would like . The trail was clean and I feel very save . Everyone seamed just happy !”

“Alan was our server. He was attentive and personable. We absolutely loved him. I got the crab cakes and a were salad. Those were some of the best crab cakes I have had a restaurant. And if you're a seafood fanatic like me, that's a high compliment. They were full of meat and flavour. The wedge with that special ranch salad was absolutely delightful. It was a great experience.”
