“Redemption Fitness and all the coaches are a gem in Clover! While I don't currently take classes myself due to schedule, my son does participate in their Ninja class and I plan to have him continue attending throughout his elementary, middle and high school years. The class not only teaches him key fitness skills but also has helped build his confidence and discipline at age 6. Everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive at the gym and it truly is a family feeling environment. I highly recommend this gym for adults and/or their children. Needless to say I have anxiety about going to the dentist now. Dr Pooja and her assistant were so understanding. I started to panic during my appointment today. And they are the Sweetest ladies. They were very patient and understanding. Helped me calm down and get through the panic attack with reassurance, explaining every step involving me in what was going to take place.
