“They are good for the price. The upstairs front bedroom gets unbelievably hot in the summer and the air conditioner unit in the other room does not reach the front room. Downstairs is nice, I have 0 complaints. I have lived here for a year and the owners are very leniant on helping if you have a hiccup with rent. They worked with us and got us back on track. Very quiet place. neighbors are really nice! Maintenance is attentive! Overall not a bad place. only issue is the air conditioner upstairs needs fixed so everything stays cool in the hot summer.”
