“Long story short, my dog scratched the lense of my eye. A friend from work suggested Dr. Jacobs, i was seen as an emergency case due to the damage, pain and swelling. The eye care team Dr. Jacobs has on staff genuinely care and were very empathetic to my situation. As a new patient, 5 mins of paperwork and i was being seen. Within 10 seconds of him looking at my eye he applied some numbing drops and made sure there would be no need for surgery. He put a bandage contact on my eye and explained everything associated with the damage to include healing time and everything in between. I was seen the next day to inspect the healing process, and again the third day to remove the lense and my eye is 100% healed now. Thank you Eye Care Services!!!”
