“Externally, this store may be viewed as one you would want to patronize. The surprise is that they have a varied inventory. You can walk out with something for your gardening, make up, a game, towels, shirt. Catfood,food items; and more.. They may not have the ambience or allure of a great outward storefront...but check it out and maybe you will see what I see. The manager, Ken, I happened to meet was had a blend of qualities that I believe, we need to see more of in management.”

“Normally I have always had a wonderful experience and choose Target over other stores. Today was the first time since I started shopping at Target that it was absolutely awful. Upon the entrance to the store, the two trash cans outside were so full the garbage was on the ground! I went directly to customer service and told them. Yet when I left 40+ minutes later, they were still full!!! It wasn't until I was driving away after loading my purchases was someone changing it. Upon arrival to the food section many shelves were bare. I wanted to buy Far East Rice Pilaf but only could get two boxes of it because all the boxes were mangled and should've never been on the shelf. When I got to the refrigeration section, I went through an entire row of block cheese and all of them were expired from March/May and one even had mold growing on it. I went to the customer service phone and pressed one. I was told by a recording that a team member would be there to help me in 60 seconds. No one came to me. I had to find a team member to tell them about the blocks of cheese. When I went to get a container of Ajax, it was mangled on the bottom and went all over my feet and legs. Ajax was all over the shelf. At the registers there were no more than 4 open. I have never seen so few open on a mid-Saturday afternoon. After check out, I went to the food section to get a special Mermaid drink for my child. After paying $2.15, I had asked about the special sprinkles only to be told that they were all out. Why wasn't a discount given? At the counter getting the special mermaid drink, it was a mess with sticky soda all over it and left over straw wrappers. As I left the store, I had to walk by the overfull trash cans again! I have been going to this Target since I moved to my house 15 years ago, I have never had an experience like this one. If this happens again, I don't plan to go to Target anymore and I am a RedCard member for so many years that I've lost count.”

“I was in a bit of a rush on Friday 7/19 at noon. Woke up late, had to do my shopping before work. I selected 100$ cash back. Come 9PM on lunch break I realized that I'd left the money in the self checkout kiosk. Most weeks I don't really need it. This week I really, really did. I was mad at myself. Because of the situation I'd put myself in. I figured why bother calling, it's a lost cause. And I called. And to my total disbelief, someone turned it in. I just want to thank you, whole heatedly. Besides the money. It meant a lot to me on a very human level. And I promise you, I'll pay it forward every chance I get. Much love, whoever you are.
