“Not the fanciest place because its located inside of a gym, but Dr Celeste is amazing. She worked on my problem area (piriformis syndrome) and the relief was felt immediately the following day. If you are looking for a legit deep tissue "sports" massage and not a light handed spa massage then I highly recommend Dr Celeste. I will be going back very soon.”

Nikko is athletic director and is very accommodating and wants everyone to be happy at the gym. Equipment is in excellent shape and new equipment is coming in very soon. “Extensive hours. And I mean extensive (5am - 12am). Owner is communicative and accessible and listens to customers and tries to accommodate for different needs. Definitely a mixture of clientele, from trainers, solo people working out and your mixture of bro body builders. Sprinkled in are your functional fitness enthusiasts and everyday regulars. And diverse group of ages and ethnicities, all are pretty chill and if you want to chat you can if not throw on your spotify and out your hoodie on to jam out to RATM.”

“I go to the adult classes here on Tuesdays from time to time and love it only 15$ and the coaches are very helpful and nice!!! Staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome!! Very clean here and has a place for you to get a snack and a store inside you can buy all kinds of things from clothing to jewelry to honey!!! I'm very glad I found this place one of the only places I've found to do adult classes where you pay as you go and can have fun without any commitment! Great for kids aswell!!! Highly recommend it!!! I also needed the accountability of a regular schedule and trainer in order to stay committed and on track. I felt the personal, one-on-one attention from the very first time I walked in the door and have felt welcomed ever since. When I had a couple of injuries over the years, it was never an issue to modify the activities so that I could still (safely) get the most out of a workout.
