“Extensive hours. And I mean extensive (5am - 12am). Owner is communicative and accessible and listens to customers and tries to accommodate for different needs. Definitely a mixture of clientele, from trainers, solo people working out and your mixture of bro body builders. Sprinkled in are your functional fitness enthusiasts and everyday regulars. And diverse group of ages and ethnicities, all are pretty chill and if you want to chat you can if not throw on your spotify and out your hoodie on to jam out to RATM.”
