“Free? You must be kidding. The best kept secret around. Don't believe the rumors that the equipment is low quality and that the facility is subpar. There is an incredibly wide variety of machines including circuits, bikes, stairs, treadmills, etc. and extensive free weights including a power lifting area. The facility is also impeccably clean and low-key. It's overseen by Niko Hulslander, an legend in powerlifting circles and a very kind man who is more than willing to help with anything you need. There's a donation box at the entrance that you'll be happy to contribute to!”
