Unlike the previous business, (mind you I live very close to their shop) I was taken care of immediately. I spoke with John himself and explained the small issue I was having on my roof. He explained to me that his crew was completely booked until the following week and couldn't guarantee a repair until then. “This review is late, but we wanted to send it. Earlier this year we worked with Kevin on contracting for a complete new siding job. The materials came in when construction was shut down in March for the pandemic. Kevin was great in keeping us informed during the shutdown. As soon as construction was allowed to open, Kevin sent a great crew to our home and in two days they completed the work. There was only one delay beyond that - the gutter for the front porch had inadvertently not been ordered. Once it was ordered and arrived, a crew came out to install We're very pleased with the quality of the siding and new gutters and the crew that installed was awesome! “I would have given Omega a 5 star review had their customer service done their job. The Salesman who came to the house was very nice, and explained everything we needed to know. We felt at ease making the choice to go with this company. We gave the down payment and in 3 days someone was out to measure the windows. We were told approximately 6 to 8 weeks the windows would be in and ready to install. 6 weeks passed and no calls, no emails no communicate at all. 7 weeks passed and I finally called and asked about when were the windows coming in. I was told they should be in the end of that week, making that the 8th week. 9 weeks no phone call , nothing... 11 weeks, my husband called and they told him we'd get a call the following week to confirm installation. Week 12 we get the date for installation. Week 13 finally they were installed. Now if I could just rate the 2 guys who did a GREAT JOB!!! I'd give them a 5 STAR.. They showed up on time, worked all day, never took a break, cleaned up, made sure they put drop cloths down so they didn't get the floors dirty. Even brought different shoes to wear in the house. They were really nice guys, very polite. I have to say I'm so very happy with our windows.”

“Awesome company to deal with! I booked Gouker Roofing to work on my mother's home following extensive damage from a recent hail storm and we could not be happier with the company and the end result. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and nice. They responded to my request for an estimate immediately and answered numerous calls and texts with questions. We were able to go to their showroom to view all of the roof and siding samples, and found it helpful to get some input from the showroom manager on color schemes, etc. They use quality products throughout. Kristen, the office manager, was extremely knowledgeable and handled everything promptly. Craig was available throughout the entire process and answered any texts immediately. His crew was efficient and SOOOO Meticulous!!! At the end of each day every speck of waste was picked up--you could not tell that any construction had occurred. We actually had to call after they completed the job to request a small sliver of the siding to use to match paint for a garage door---there were no scraps left behind for us to use!!! They were fast, too---did a full side and roof job on a shed, full roof on a house, and front house siding, full gutters, soffit and fascia in a week's time--in January!! Many of her neighbors had similar damage and are still awaiting repairs from the company they signed with--several have told her they are upset that they did not choose Gouker. We highly recommend Craig Gouker Rooofing for any of your siding/roofing needs---you won't be sorry!!!”

I checked the BBB and they were the only ones in the Greensburg area that didn't have any complaints and were in the business longer than most.
