“I had Joe from Mr. Handyman. I had several little jobs I wanted done. I needed to install cat doors, shelves, a smart lock, and a cat tower. I have more jobs to get done, and I will be using Mr. Handyman again. It does cost per hour, but this is the second time I have used this company, and they have been on time and professional. Joe went from job to job and was here for the whole day. I stopped for lunch and for water and that was it--he just kept on task and got things done. He's friendly and competent. I was very happy to pay for this work. You might be able to get away with some random person who is a friend of a friend or whatever for cheaper, but if you want to be sure it's going to be done on time and professionally, it's worth the money to get Mr. Handyman.”

“***UPDATE 3/31/19 - still love this place! Only problem I find is that parking is scarce. But there is plenty of street parking outside of the complex. I am in love with the dog parks and so is my dog!*** Just moved to Avenue 900 and I love it here so far. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the property itself is beautiful. The property is in great condition, lots of walking paths in and around the complex. They have TWO HUGE dog parks (one for large and one for small). The pool area is gorgeous and the gym is HUGE and well equipt. They have a mailing package system called LuxerOne that makes picking up packages extremely easy and convenient. I live in a 880 sq. ft one bedroom apartment and because of the layout, it feels WAY bigger than that. I love this place and highly recommend moving here!”
