“We love staying in this cosy cottage surrounded by woods, chipmunks, squirrels, and deer. We bring in the food we wish to prepare in the well equipped kitchen, eat out on the front porch table and chairs or at the kitchen table. The front porch swing is a relaxing place from which to watch the wildlife. In the summer a hammock under the evergreen provides a reading and napping venue. The state and national parks and museums in the area are beautiful and well maintained. The fun shed is a huge metal building full of games and entertainment equipment for all ages.”

“One of our favorite places to eat while we're in the area. They offer some solid food options and prices are decent. Love the whole wings (sweet & hot, extra crispy!) Also like the pizza, fish sammie, and the Pittsburgh salad. Nice outdoor seating area for when the weather is decent. Service has always been pretty good. Only had one bad experience with a server who didn't appreciate the fact that we sat at a dirty table because it's our favorite table. That's ok, I would've been mad at us, too. But she didn't have to angry-spray the cleaner stuff in my eyes as she was cleaning off the table lol”

“Dr.Springer is phenomenal. She diagnosed my 9 year old boxer with mast cell cancer but was able to remove the tumors successfully and he is now cancer free. She had communication with me during that whole process and would call to see how he was doing. She also put both my dogs on a healthier diet and they are doing so well because of her! I travel 45 minutes just to see her and my dogs love her! And the techs are great too! This vet is also a lot cheaper then most in the Greensburg area.”
