Meals served hot and seemed nutritious. Mom was given care as if she was a queen on a throne. If there where medical these merited a call to us and the doctor/hospice. “Dr. Courtney Dugan. Ten stars. My first appointment in only two days. Zero wait time. She processed three referrals w/o my making a single phone call. Her office called within an hour of receiving my blood work. Dr. Dugan recognized a small issue that my previous Dr. had not. Dr. Dugan spent as much time with me as I needed, and listened intently. Dr. Dugan answered all of my questions with empathy, advice and up to date knowledge. Dr. Dugan is relative young and up to date on modern medicine. She is a VERY smart lady; a real class act. I have been going to Dr. Merlino for years for my dental care, and have never had a negative experience. Any time I have had an urgent need, she always finds a way to fit me into her schedule as soon as possible (sometimes even the same day), and always provides gentle and professional treatment. In addition, she and her staff travel to developing countries several times a year and provide much-needed dental care and education to those less fortunate.
