We had pre-booked a Sunday morning pickup from Downtown Philadelphia the previous evening going to PHL International, and we received a confirmation number for the trip. We received a text message 15 minutes before the pickup next morning to say the car was on its way and a confirmation that he has there on location 10 minutes later. The driver was very pleasant and drove very safely. I was very satisfied with the overall performance of the service and recommend them to anyone coming from or going to the Philadelphia International Airport.”

“Originally I gave 1 star and was unhappy because I had to wait for over an hour (even though I made reservations) to pick up my rental car. The lady in the reception was very apologetic. I now changed my rating to 4 stars because I called to extend the length of keeping the car and also dropping off at the airport. I was told there will not be an extra charge. Currently feeling thankful!”

“Booked last year for wife's birthday gift - they canceled because of pilot, he was not available, booked in 1 y again for same reason - strong wind... Was rescheduled to next week, and finally we're here, but too cold and our small R22 cannot start. But instructor upgraded to R44 free of charge so I was able to enjoy on back seat. Great experience! Really, you need to try! BUT! Be aware - NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS! And if it's birthday surprise, you need to have backup plan, since anything can happen!”
