“Charlie came out to fix my pipes in the basement of 1 of my properties after they burst open. He came the same day, on extremely short notice. His prices were really reasonable, and he completed the project quickly. This guy was determined to fix everything the right way, refused to take any shortcuts, even after I told him that I didn't care about the house since I was selling it.
