I've been a customer since they opened and they have always done exactly what they claim on their website: "offer each and every patient and 'Old School Pharmacy' experience. Short wait times, friendly faces, fair prices, and compassionate service..." If they can save you a few dollars, they will. If they can call your doctor/vet/insurance carrier to sort out a problem, they will. I've even had prescriptions delivered when I couldn't make it to the pharmacy. If you have a favorite retail product you can ask them to carry it. My wife asked for headache powders she found while travelling and they sourced them and still offer them for sale. They provide a genuine customer oriented pharmacy and I can't think of a business where compassion and transparency are needed more. Three cheers for Fishtown Pharmacy.”

“This is hands down is the best pharmacy!! You will not find a better place to go to get personalized help and attention. The owner Joe is the absolute best. You couldn't write a 5 star review without mentioning Matt. They will call the doctors office and your insurance company to make sure everything is taken care of. Will answer any questions or concerns you have and take as long as you need. They don't make you feel like a number. Also, the girls that answer the phone Chris and Joe's daughter are extremely polite and accommodating. They do have a small selection of drug store items. The main focus is the pharmacy. They have delivery and the owner or his daughter have personally dropped off my scripts on their way home, after the store had closed. If I could give them 100 stars, they get every one!!!”
