“I’ve been a patient at this office of Dr. Lobianco’s for years and the front office women have alway been amazing. The office is busy and they are always working hard but today I had a real problem with a script (medical insurance not them) and Teressa in the office was absolutely amazing she not only called me back with updates but stayed on a call with my perception plan provider through several transfers and even checked with the Pharmacy to make sure the script was correct and able to fill. This may not seem like a lot but if you could of herd her compassion, patients , professionalism and throughness in this call you would be blown away. I just what to say thanks, and a Doctor’s office is not just the Doctors which are excellent but the people who truly give patients the care and help they are the back bone. The ones behind the sceans, in this case Teressa and all the wonderful lady’s helping her while she was helping me. Thank you all for not just a job well done but going way above and way beyond. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. Everyone in the office treats you like family. Dr. LoBianco is very knowledgeable with symptoms and what medications are out there and what would benefit you. I would never trade him in for another physician.”
