Everyone answered all my questions regarding the process of laser hair removal as well as my inquiries about payment options. The location is easy to get to and very clean and an inviting environment. I received two laser treatments on my face. I was happy with the results. However, due to some other skin concerns from my dermatologist (cystic acne from birth control hormone complications) I had to stop treatments temporarily until my skin could heal. I was worried I would not be able to get a refund from the 6 treatments I had remaining. The Center Manager Jordan was an amazing help! She stayed in contact with me via email and made sure all my paperwork was submitted to have the unused funds from Fortiva credited back to my account.
