“Great place, we love it! The family locker room could always use some attention in the clean up department but otherwise a wonderful facility. Great childcare. FYI - You have to request an orientation of the facility when you join. They will gladly schedule an appointment to have someone give you a rundown on how to use the machines like I personally need or a tour but you do have to ask. A great place to get healthy, stay healthy and spend time with your family.”

“I joined this gym about a month ago and it was the best decision I made. Great workouts, very friendly staff, other clients are very helpful and make you feel comfortable. The facility is extremely clean as well!! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in joining a gym and/or taking group training classes.”
