That actually happened to me once. I was at an auto parts store, and trying to figure out how to change the lightbulb in my car and this gentleman pulled up and asked if I needed help. He proceeded to help me and then said I can't do it here, follow me to my shop and I'll help you out. Low and behold it was a staff member at John's shop and he and John did in fact change the light bulb for me AND best of all I asked "how much" and they said, this time nothing as I offered to help you as a person in need. How wonderful is that, and when do you ever find that nowadays?”

Years ago my upholstery shop was located right across the street and as you can imagine, I got to know Pete over the years and always received great service. I am really glad to see that Dom, at such a young age, has the characteristics already of a great business owner and manager. I have been to the shop for service twice in the past month and have been treated like a VIP on each visit. He is always very respectful and works to please the customer and work us into his busy schedule.
