“One of the best features about Fit Metrics is that it is a private studio. I felt I could relax at Fit Metrics and focus on my training session because of the privacy. In addition, Joe and Andrea are wonderful trainers. They are patient and willing to listen to your health goals. I always got in a great workout in the hour session. The studio is very clean and has a variety of training equipment for all fitness levels. I would highly recommend the Fit Metrics studio and will be returning again for more sessions!”
