She has helped me with lower back pain, knee pain, sciatica issues and did pre-natal massages for me as well. A few weeks ago when I could barely walk from the sciatica pain - Tiffany allowed me to add additional time to my treatment at the last minute (I was so lucky she had a bit of time available before my scheduled apt) and helped me stretch the area in addition to deep tissue massage allowing me to walk for the first time pain free in 5-6 days. “Robinson Sensei has tons of experience. He has done a bunch of martial arts and currently teaches practical Jujutsu and traditional Japanese swordsmanship. The facility is great and has a ton of different spaces. I haven't trained with the other groups there, but everyone is super friendly and this place really has a community vibe.”

“We came upon the wrestling scene a little later than some and Sam has played a huge part in allowing my boys to narrow the experience gap. He clearly puts a lot of progressive thought into his lessons - starting with basic concepts and steadily moving toward subtle/live variations at a pace determined by the wrestlers. Most importantly my guys look forward to seeing him and are 100% enjoying the sport - win or lose.”
