“Both of my parents have worn hearing aids for years without much satisfaction. For years they used what I consider to be defective products from other companies. In fact, some of the audiologists actually told me many times that I should give up trying to make my parens hear better. They claimed that my father had already reached the maximum hearing level that he would ever attain. That was my discouragement until I met Dan Libby. I am delighted to say that Dan immediately "took the bull by the horns" and told us that he was determined to make my father hear better. I was impressed how he carefully and accurately analyzed each aspect of my father's hearing disability.
