“Dr. Zavalas is excellent. My son pretty much does everything possible to make Dr. Z's job difficult and Dr. Z is still so patient and understanding. We have never gotten a bad ear mold impression. Dr. Z went above and beyond to get insurance to cover a new hearing aid when my son lost his on the playground. He's willing to collaborate with other professionals and really is a member of the treatment team. Highly recommend.”
