“I have had an excellent experience at Move More Physical Therapy, with Harly Sides DPT as my therapist over the last four weeks. He assessed my low back strain, provided therapy, conducted physical manipulation and prescribed and supervised exercises to resolve my pain, increase my strength and endurance. “Reached out to court to start her independent program. She tailored each program to work with all the equipment I already had in my home and consistently changed it up to keep the workouts fresh and to keep me on my toes! Each program was detailed and provided me with all the tools and information to do my workouts at home. She offered weekly check ins that helped keep me accountable but also always encouraged me through each week and the next. If I had a not so great week… there wasn’t any pressure from her in the form of failure it was still positive reinforcement to keep going. I felt like my priority was to maintain feeling healthy while also working towards the goals I set for myself. “What a fantastic buying experience. I came into the store memorial day around 5 o’clock looking for a great gas grill. I was greeted by an employee Ryan Who promptly show me all the girls that were out front which all happened to be charcoal. I told him I was looking for a gas grill and even though they had already closed the patio he walked me out to the back where I found the perfect grill. He went above and beyond in every way and made me feel like myself is important. Then Frank help me take it out to my car even so much is taking off the one side tray so it fit into my jeep.
