“95% of the time when I visit blood-drawing facilities, I get poked multiple times despite me warning that my veins are difficult to find. I work my arm hard to prepare the vein to pop up and pulse, so it would be easier to find. Even after that many nurses proceed searching the vein with the inserted needle under my skin. The most painful procedure of all. Some can't find it even after that and proceed changing the arm. At Audubon Medical Associates, Kristine D, was born with the skill finding the veins. She is natural! She did it with such an ease and provided a pain free service. She heard my concern and used a "butterfly" needle without me telling her this. It is such a rare skill as I found, and I give my thank you to the staff and Dr. Johnson for keeping my family pain free.”

“I was worried sick about my cats first vet appointment, if you ask me she’s not like any other cat I’ve met. She’s down to earth but she doesn’t like contact with other people, she’s always avoided it, so the thought of bringing her to a vet to get her first shots etc made me sick. I’m happy to say I worried for nothing! Maui didn’t even freak out! I was worried she was going to overstress but she was as happy as ever when she got home.
