“Village is the best pharmacy in Montgomery County, if not the entire metro area. In the 10+ years I’ve been a customer, I’ve never received anything other than consistently professional, friendly, dependable and outstanding customer service. Before I get to the actual pharmacy and staff, I would be remiss if I neglected to mention the very impressive and comprehensive selection of cards, chocolates/candy, gifts, bath products, and the like that Village carries. If you're coming here (only or also) to have a script(s) filled, you'll likely be pleasantly surprised, especially If you've been to any chain pharmacies, particularly Walgreens or CVS--both tied for worst in all aspects of customer service--in the last decade or two. You know what trying experiences dealing with their pharmacy departments and pharmacists are. However, Village couldn’t be more different. There are usually at least 2-3 friendly faces working behind the counter at any given time, helpfully answering customer questions, filling scripts, sorting out issues with health insurance companies and physicians, etc. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for any new prescription(s) to be filled, and any refills are always ready and waiting to go. The pharmacists (particularly Ms. Amy Murphy) and pharmacy staff are super friendly and helpful. Most importantly, you’re treated with friendliness, courtesy and understanding, instead of being made to feel like a nameless & faceless prescription number. In fact, they’ve gone above and beyond for me on a number of occasions and are happy to try to fulfill any special request(s) I may need to make. Bottom line: AVOID the chains and support independently owned small businesses by going to Village Pharmacy for professional, personalized and friendly service you’re unlikely to receive at any other pharmacy in the Philadelphia area.”

“After years of living with pain that I was told that I would just have to live with, I went to see Dr, Coppola and he was able to show me how I could get to a better place. He took the time to explain what he would need to do and how he plan to get me to the place of better health. There were several remarkable standout things that made me feel immediately comfortable with placing myself under his care, but after I had my first adjustment, I was ready to do whatever I could to ensure I would be able to continue. After my FIRST adjustment, I was able to completely rotate my neck without considerable pain and discomfort and the headaches associated with them are all but cleared up. I had been battling back from bronchitis but still felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest, I walked out there breathing deeper than I have been able to breathe since being diagnosed with asthma. I have not met this caliber of physician in a long time. He restored my faith in physician care because he genuinely cares about what he does and believes in it being able to make a difference in the lives of his patients. Please don't be like me, don't wait as long or until you feel you have no hope. Make your way to his office and let him make a believer out of you. I am now able to slowly return to some of the activities that I have not been able to do for almost a decade. One visit made me a believer, call and see if it can do the same for you! My WHIM (thought I would give it a try) made me a WINNER!!!”
