“If one word could describe Hillside Auto it would be... "Honest." I live right around the corner from Hillside Auto and one day my car was making a grinding/screeching noise from the front right tire... so I stopped in and Tom came out and took a look, he said: "let me put it on the lift." He did and blew a rock out from behind the brake pad, he didn't charge me. Said it was not a big deal and was glad to help! I've been going to them now for years and at no point do I feel they are not upfront and honest (and fair), NOT once did I ever feel they were taking advantage of me. I get my cars inspected there and they don't play games, no surprises or BS but only real issues (tires when they need to be replaced, battery etc..), unlike when you take it to the dealer. I trust Hillside to do the work right and be honest and fair about it, trust is rare these days (especially with mechanics). I would highly recommend to anyone who needs work on their vehicle.”
