Put the van up immediately and identified that we required a body shop. That the Boulder damage most likely would cost more than the current value of the car. Two young kids and 4 adults and Mike walked us through what to do next. Allowed us to leave the car in the back until a tow truck could come. Had the state troop stop by so we could report it and helped us get a rental. His empathy and honesty for our situation was refreshing.”
