They say to see the desk, but there's usually no one around...not to mention there is no desk since they've closed the deli. That said, you're there to do laundry. The machines are decent and do a good job. Prices are decent too.”

“There are two laundromats very close together. Some of the negative reviews, and all of the pictures, are for the other one. Krystal Klean is in the middle of the strip mall. It is not the free standing building that says "Coin Laundry" on the front ("Mt. Pocono Laundromat"). KK has attendants on duty all the time, and it's much cleaner. They take dry cleaning and they do wash and fold. The other one is unmanned, self-serve coin laundry only.”

The only down fall is it is not air conditioned and it is a sauna in the summer months when the dryers are going. The ceiling fans and the back door being propped open don't help. It is super hot!!!”

“Im 8 months pregnant and was a maid of honor in my best friends wedding. My dress refused to zip as I got closer to the date. The women at personal touch was a lifesaver as she reassured me everything would be fine. She took my dress out in the sides and also made a corset back that was simple and not to noticeable. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the price was by far reasonable. I went in with the mind set of paying if not what I paid for the dress or more. It was no where near that price. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!”

Sign on the door says "Veteran Owned" but it should say "Owned by a Dishonest Vet who is Taking Advantage of His Customers " UPDATE* Looks like the new owners are doing the right thing. There was hot water in the machines. YAY! Changing my 1 star to 4. I'll give a 5 star when the detergent slots aren't covered with mold.”
