I read some reviews here about their poor customer service and these people are either high or are competitors because I have dealt with a lot of patch companies and this one is by far the best in terms of price to value. I was running out of options and prayed that I could find a jeweler who would deliver great customer service as well as a great product. After leaving one Jewelry store, I stopped into James Diamond and met with James himself. He sat down with me and rather than just speaking on the ring I wanted made, he made sure I was ready for him to make a ring. He took his time to understand what I wanted and even helped to better the ring I designed by giving me his professional input.
