The phone manners were great, (they did not make me feel that I was a bother at all). Mike, the service man/mechanic came out to the campground and got the car running. He was very pleasant, polite, helpful. He made a bad day not seem so bad after all! I wish Jimmy's wasn't 2 hours away from home. “Last snow storm I broke my passenger door handle from the deep freeze , I called up this shop who are very friendly and had the part in less than 24 hours and was already calling me to asked me for the paint code to match to the car/ schedule me in. Did a perfect paint match to the car didn't over charge. They had my door handle done in less than 20 minutes. Very impressive, I will definitely use them in the future!”
