“Attention! The Merry Inn does not list a physical address, but I've estimated that the GPS coordinates are: 41.194810, -75.250747 It's on 390N just north of the intersection with 447 (not quite the same as where Google maps the PO box). It is a blue Inn on the left with a blue sign. The Merry Inn is a lovely place to stop and relax. I stayed a night to attend a wedding at Skytop (only a couple of miles away). The rooms are clean and nicely furnished and start at about $105/night. The rooms I saw had private baths, but there may be others that share, so ask ahead if that is important to you. There are beautiful touches around the inn from the fresh flowers in the rooms to the delicious home made, made-to-order breakfast (served with local maple syrup). The innkeeper is a retired DC caterer, so the meal is miles better than your typical stale donuts and reheated lukewarm hotel fare. The hostess is incredibly nice and accommodating. The inn is great for someone looking for a pleasant, relaxing evening. But beware if you are tech-addicted, my only critique is a lack of wifi and spotty cell service throughout the area. For others, this is perfect for a true vacation, though.”

“I planned a surprise dayout for my hubby at the skytop adventure for zip lining and obstacles course. The staff is great and the tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was fun and accommodating. The experience was AWESOME and hubby loved it. You need some stamina to complete the course. It is fun and exciting.”

“Spent the last two new years weekends at this place. Love it here! The cottages are cozy and clean. Some folks complain that its "outdated"; these cottage are very 1980s, but, i find it all apart of it's charm. The owners are super sweet people, and doing a great job with the place. Very quite place, but not far away from the Pocono's attractions. Well worth a quite getaway weekend.”

“Quaint and cozy B&B. We truly enjoyed our stay and wished we had more time to spend in the serene surroundings. The owners were friendly and attentive, beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with a very large selection of made-to-order items. The scones were amazing. We’re glad we found this gem and are looking forward to staying there again the next time we head to the Poconos. It was also close to Camelback and Shawnee ski areas.”
