A mom alone with 3 kids usually warrants a panic in places, but they were not too afraid to offer help not once but 2 or 3 times. I know they are required to offer help to everyone, which I almost always deny, but the young man who had asked stayed close but not hovering close. Perfect for me. :) 2 pairs of shoes for 50 dollars for the kids works for me and they were both happy. In and out in less than a half hour! A+++!!”

“This is one of the BEST. Plan on at least 2 hours for an appointment for custom fit shoes. He is smart, knowledgeable and very kind. I couldn't walk right until I went there and got fitted with custom inserts. Don't expect high tech computerized stuff. Everything is hand made.The store is old but classic. I go at least twice a year for tweaks for my insert because my foot changes. Very, very nice, home town people. Prices are very reasonable. He is not there to make a fortune. If you have this that need repair and custom fit or just good shoes, Gino is the best.”
