“I hope my review is of some help to people. I've gone into this post office many times and agree that they are terribly understaffed which is not good for this post office especially being a main hub to all other smaller branches. I've stood in line for long periods of time but told myself I have to get this done so I chose to put up with it. I make sure when I have to do business at their counter that I factor in what I feel could be a 20 minute or less visit so I don't get so aggravated. I have also called in and get the same mailbox is full so yeah, I'm pretty sure that's their default for we're understaffed and not answering the phone which I agree sucks. I recently got a post office box here in the WB location and I love love love it. My mail is there, their lobby hours to pick up your mail are great, I get online images daily of what's in my box so I can decide if I want to go down that particular day to pick it up or if I think it can sit. No more mail at my house being misdirected or stolen and no more worry about packages being stolen off of my porch while at work or just away from the house. I don't sit around anymore hoping to hear the footsteps of my mailman thinking I got my package that day so that's another headache gone. I also don't have to make sure my steps are free of snow and ice first thing after a storm to make sure my mailman doesn't slip and get hurt so I'm not nervous about that anymore and don't have to even think about it. For me, getting a post office box is so well worth the cost and if you just need stamps, order them through their website. It's really just that easy and if you really think about it, you can eliminate most of your issues if you just take the time to work it out for yourself...don't expect others to do everything for you and if you have to go to their counter, make sure you're not in a rush. It's really no different than spending time standing in a grocery line on a busy day, a day when we're preparing for a storm and everyone is frantic trying to get their milk and bread. They may need better and more staffing but they're nice when I finally get up to the counter and so it's a matter of attitude and patience also on our part. So yeah, they can do better but then so can we.”

There is also on Wednesday a very friendly and knowledgable young man named Carlos who is a cashier. He is a very helpful friendly cashier for the seniors and the disabled. “This church saved my life. I was a broken woman with no path or direction and somehow I walked into this place and they welcomed me with open arms. They brought me up as child, baptized me, and gave me all the resources I needed to live a righteous life. They taught me the power of prayer, fasting, the Holy Spirit and they are a strictly bible preaching church. The church is a little small and not many members but the spirit and power of God resides there.”
