“It was flawless. I had only had the vehicle 10 days and had a claim.... unfortunately. DAY ONE MILE ONE rang true in every sense. I do think though the "average rate of labor" is low in your favor. $106 is what I was told by the rep. It is $140/ hour at most reputable dealers near me. I was told I would be responsible for the extra if I have another claim. I also wish in the warranty it would cover shop supplies where they customer only has to pay the deductible. Just my 2 cents. Again, I was pleased with the process and thank GWC for standing behind the contract...I mean is was $4k for the contract so I expect the same process and ease if and when another claim is filed. You have a customer for life if it all happens the same. Thank you again!!!.”
