“We have always loved our La-Z—Boy furniture and recliners for style, comfort, and durability, and now I am a huge fan of their customer service. In a few weeks we are preparing to relocate from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to Michigan and we stopped by the Whitehall store to check out recliners in anticipation of purchasing one in Michigan after our move. We were greeted at the door by the most incredible sales person, a gentleman by the name of Scott. We explained our situation and that we were not looking to purchase until after our move and he still treated us like royalty. He was extremely helpful in showing us around and when we found a recliner that we liked, he said that he would hate to see us wait to make a custom order after our arrival in Michigan, which would delay our delivery by at least three to four additional weeks. Even though Scott would not get any sort of commission, he coordinated our purchase with a store in Michigan and we place the order in the Whitehall store. The store was very busy, but Scott still spent time to ensure our needs were met. He was extremely gracious and selfless to do this and give up the opportunity for other commissions. If anyone visits the Whitehall (Allentown), Pennsylvania La-Z-Boy store, you must ask for Scott as he is the best! Scott epitomizes customer service and La-Z-Boy should be very happy to have him representing their brand.”
