“We recently stopped in without an appointment just to get some general information and pricing. My family is not ready to make an appointment to sit down and plan anything out at this time because it will make everything too real. My sister is battling addiction and we know that it is only a matter of time before services will be needed. Anyway not knowing what to expect we were greeted with a warm welcome and smile. The woman who was there, I believe her name was Charley, gave us a tour of the building and gave us information regarding your locations, services offered and what we could expect when that time comes. She also shared how she personally loss someone to addiction. We appreciated her sharing something so personal to her. We have visited several Funeral Homes and because of our interaction with Charley we know that Snyder Funeral Home will be our choice when addiction takes our beloved sister.”

Wilson and his crew plumbed the base, reset and repaired the marker with mortar, and cleaned the stone of dirt accumulated after years of laying flat. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Through these repairs, Wilson has afforded me the opportunity to remember and honor my ancestors in a way that I hope will last for a long time to come.”

“My brother and I recently lost our mom who lived in New Jersey, and I work out of state as well. The entire staff of Charles F. Snyder were not only knowledgeable and professional, but compassionate and gentle with the special circumstances of interstate requirements to bring mom home to Lancaster where our dad is also buried. Tabitha handled planning the arrangements, Sharon served as director for the service with the rest of the staff all providing comforting support during this difficult time. The clergy, Father Arena, gave a sermon that was deeply moving and filled all who were present with the spirit of our Lord. Jody then followed up with us for additional support and other legal details dealing with the interstate transfer. They are a first class service provider, and our entire family could not be more pleased with every aspect of our mom's memorial service and the personal respect with which all the details were handled. We thank you all for caring, and a job well done !!!”
