“I've had two kitchens made by Paradise Kitchens and also the cabinetry in many bathrooms. My experience had been that the cabinetry is beautiful, but the installation is not the best. Most recently, I was opening a glass-front upper kitchen cabinet and it literally fell off in my hand - it was hanging by the lower hinge. My kitchen is less than 3 yrs. old. In another area of the house, the wood paneling and trim around a bar area fell off - apparently not glued properly. These were the main issues, but there's also knobs falling off of cabinet doors. Since it's not easy getting them to come back and fix things, I've just been putting the knobs back with super glue. As I said, beautiful cabinetry, not so great on the installation.”

“I had great experience with them in the past. The recent experience would have been a 2 stars since the first tech that came out to fix my refrigerator did not know what to do and did not communicate with me nor AHS that they could not fix the refrigerator. I had to follow up with several phone calls to tech (only to be told that there was a "lawsuit" with the manufacturer and they could not do anything about it); and I emailed AHS stating that it had been 5 weeks after initial request to inquire what was going on. Second time around was much better, AHS sent out better tech who fixed the refrigerator's part within a week and the new AHS rep was more communicative. So I think it is worth it to have AHS but you have to be vigilant of the repair process. Not all techs know what they are doing.”
