“I worked with the therapists at Hartz Physical Therapy in Mount Joy for several months. The atmosphere at Hartz is so positive and comfortable! The therapists are friendly, knowledgable, and careful. If an exercise or therapy was uncomfortable, they wanted to know and immediately changed to a technique that worked better. Some of my exercises required no equipment at all, only focused effort on my part. I have been impressed by the simplicity of tools that the therapists use: a few machines, but generally simple devices (resistance bands, balls, even a cane and a small, weighted mallet to name just a few) to use during the therapeutic exercises. Since I had some of those tools at home, I found that I could do the exercises at home that used them. My therapists followed up with e-mailed suggestions for continued exercise and healing and articles that expanded my knowledge of my condition. Since "graduating" from therapy, I have enrolled in the Medically Adapted Gym program at Hartz. This entails a progressive exercise program designed specifically for me. My trainer/therapist works closely with me, checking my progress, making adjustments and correcting me if I am doing an exercise incorrectly. The exercises are not complicated, but they DO make me work and are helping me to be a stronger and steadier senior. I highly recommend Hartz Physical Therapy in Mount Joy.”

“Dr Campbell and LOG Urgent Care were the starting point of my Achilles Rupture last year. On a day when being fortunate was apparently not part of the plan, I got lucky that Dr Campbell was on call. 9 months ago today I had surgery and then also went to LOG PT for starting the process of my new norm. Every step of the way, they were there to help me stay focused on getting back up and running, literally. I would recommend Dr Campbell as one of the best. My scar is barely noticeable and the strength on my injured side is on a continuous upward gain. So thankful that on that day, the sincerity and knowledge base of Dr Campbell helped me decide on surgery. He is a great addition to LOG!”
